Slowly making progress back to modern day. Just finished this one up this morning. This is an office building that can appear in your cities in Epoch 6 (Late Industrial Revolution). It generates a ton of credits when noble class citizens (middle class) are garrisoned inside of it. Also because it is a bank, it increases the credit gather rate of all commercial blocks in the territory it's located in.
