From an ugly to a beautiful expand / collapse chat buttons

I was always annoyed by the ugly & pixelated expand / collapse chat buttons (arrows) on Multiplayer.

So finally, in upcoming version 1.5.9.013 I changed them to the self-made, EE2-button-style-based, high resolution textures:
