Dr.MonaLisa, Thanks for the updates. But where can I download the 006 version. Since in 007 my game crashes due to an error.

What error?

Have you tried to re-download the full installer from https://ee2.eu/patch ?

There were no breaking changes in the game, so it's strange.

Are you able to open UP1.5 Launcher and open the Support Chat? That would be easier to detect the issue.

I think the error is related to my edited EE2X_db. since I edited them in version 006.so all the same where can I get version 006. I can’t find it anywhere

The newest update did not change anything in the game files, except the sounds database file. EE2X_db.zip file is never modified by UP1.5 because it's a fille that needs to stay unchanged for the multi-language support, therefore the newest update or any other update did not overwrite it.

Installing the previous version won't solve the problem, because files present in the installer are exactly the same. No new files added, no files removed. Your problem would remain the same.

I would recommend you to install EE2 again to a new folder, then 159007 on it, and verify if the game starts correctly. After that you can compare changes that you manually made.

The "normal" version of UP1.5 is not a modding friendly release. It has monthly updates, changed files structure and is focused on security improvements. For game modding, there is a separate Developers version: https://ee2.eu/patch/developers/
The old versions of the normal UP1.5 won't be available for download, as it causes more problems and fragmentation than when everyone uses the same multiplayer-compatible release.

Luckily I didn't remove the previous installer from the server yet, so you can download it here, but it won't solve your problem. And if by any chance it does, then there must be some bigger issue in 159007 than your modifications. To fix them, you would need to contact me on the Support Chat to generate installation report and provide hardware details.

Thank you. Strange. I edited the zip folders EE2X_db_155, EE2X_db on version 006 and copied them to another drive. After updating to version 007, I returned these zip files to folders. And also DDF file territory in EE2 folder. The error occurs during an old save at random.

You are absolutely not allowed to paste modified UP1.5 files from older versions of UP1.5 (*_150, _155 and such) on the newest UP1.5 installation. By such changes you damage files relations and it's obvious that sooner or later the game will be crashing.

It's for example mentioned at the bottom of this post: viewtopic.php?p=27739#p27739
You can't overwrite files db_150.zip / db_155.zip with your modified versions after UP1.5 updates, because you'll lose update changes, and might even get frequent crashes. So after each update you need to modify the file manually.
The territory.ddf wasn't modified in the newest version, so you could probably overwrite it.

Okay, I already figured it out. I don't play multiplayer games. Please give me update 1.5.006

The posts have been moved to a new topic in the Modding -> Questions subforum.

It was a crash report related to your own modifications, not the UP1.5 update. Such posts in the general patch topic might mislead users that there are unfixed crashes, or that tested updates contain errors of this type. Therefore, in the future, when you apply your own modifications, please use a separate topics.
