ICBM flight altitude

How to edit ICBM flight altitude?
This is a hardcoded value in the game executable. It normally can't be edited. The only way would be using a program such as Cheat Engine, finding the right memory location of it and editing it each time the game is started.
Originally in EE2 this was "15.0", and in Unofficial Patch 1.5 it was changed to "30.0", but I'm thinking about increasing it even more in the future.
