Can't download "could not create uninstall data file"

i have been playing the unofficial patch for almost 2 years on my pc, but when i tried it on my laptop, this thing happened.

Hi. I am 99% sure (based on one of your desktop icons) that your laptop has McAfeee (pseudo antivirus) pre-installed. This is a known program for causing dozens of problems with the other programs or even the operating system itself.
Please try to pause this antivirus first, and if it doesn't help - uninstall it completely.
If the installer "fails" at creating uninstallation file, then it's possible that all files from the patch got already installed. If you can start the game and see the UP1.5 Launcher window, then maybe you shouldn't worry about it.
