Every so often, I get the urge to play EEII, and I still encourage people to buy it and download this mod, you'll NEVER find a better civilization style RTS(considering the only ones that exist are Rise of Nations and the first Empire Earth)

And so far, no one has been up to the task unless they make a really, really bad version... but hey, at least EEII was made!
