EE2 freezing

Hello, everyone! First of all: My English is not very good, so I write the text in German and also let the translator run it through. I hope it is understandable 
. I have the problem that the game keeps freezing or jerking. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for more than a minute. So it is practically unplayable, but usually only in the middle of a game (single player). I've already tried to fix the problem by starting it in Windows XP compatibility mode and running it on only one processor! Unfortunately I don't know what to do anymore, I've already googled but didn't find anything that helped. It shouldn't be my system itself, it's definitely strong enough: Ryzen 7 5800X, geforce rtx 3060 Ti, 32 gb ram (3200Mhz), Windows 10. I hope someone can help me! Thanks in advance!

Hallo zusammen! Vorerst: Mein Englisch ist nicht gerade gut, deshalb schreibe ich den Text auf Deutsch und lasse ihn noch zusätzlich durch den Übersetzer laufen. Ich hoffe es ist verständlich . Ich habe das Problem das dass Spiel bei mir ständig einfriert, bzw. ruckelt. Manchmal für wenige Sekunden, manchmal für mehr als eine Minute. Es ist also praktisch unspielbar jedoch meistens erst mitten in einer Partie ( Singleplayer ). Ich habe schon versucht das Problem zu beheben indem ich es im Windows XP kompabilitätsmodus starte und indem ich es nur über einen Prozessor laufen lasse! Ich weiß leider nicht mehr weiter, habe auch schon gegoogelt aber nichts gefunden was geholfen hat. An meinem System sollte es an sich nicht liegen das ist definitiv stark genug: Ryzen 7 5800X, geforce rtx 3060 Ti, 32 gb ram (3200Mhz), Windows 10. Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen!
