Question for adding Greek voice lines

idk if its possible to take permission from other game to add the age of mythology greek voice lines to the game have the option to keep it either english or greek

You can always mod the game as you like. Replacing voices should be replacing mp3 files in sounds.zip.

if we mod it will u put it as an update for the game as an option of course like the new bulgarian language so everyone will have it

Bulgarian isn't a new language. The game was released in Bulgarian so it was a professional translation.

EE2, EE2X - Language Changer, created by Dr.MonaLisa allows you to use an official game language (released by the game publisher in 2005-2006) for 3 separate components: Text, Audio, Video. We do not provide fan-translations.
So no, it won't be added to the Language Changer. You can mod it and release on the forum as a separate mod.

so who ever decides to dowload it can they use it on unofficial patch as well can they merge it them selfs?

If the sounds.zip is modified and only mp3 files changed, then yes. This is how it works for supported languages.
