Not now, but when making new textures.
You know, in graphic edition programs there are "layers" where you can put a new color on existing one.
Then when you save the file (non .tga), it can be easily modified and colors changed. After that it can be exported to .tga as "final".
So I think it would be much better to use those layers, much easier for the potential future edits.

Re: Tundra climate
Thanks to Loewenherz (and me of course) we have new Tundra textures for summer seasons.
I'm very satisfied with the current state of Tundra, so most likely 157025 is the final update for this climate.
Some random screenshots from the newest version of Tundra:
Once again, a huge thanks for help to Loewenherz. I was possibly very annoying with my "color change" demands. It was hard to make me happy, but thanks to the huge patience and understanding - it's perfect now.
I believe all colors we picked are close to perfection. The main focus was to make it easy to play, otherwise this climate would be abandoned like Arid and Tropical. That's why some players might complain about the missing "yellow", "orange" on the ground textures. However, for the greater good, it had to be done this way, to not tire players eyes and make all units easily visible and accessible.
