Don't worry. You accidentally clicked option "Disable BBCode" in "Options" tab when you were posting an attachment. That's why spoiler didn't work.
However, you posted a wrong file for the protocol link.

This is the old link: This is the new link (for the new file): When you upload a playback, you need to go to the "Attachments" tab, and click with the right mouse button on the file (it's displayed in green font color). Then "Copy link address..." from the list. Then it will be the actually uploaded file. Once you learn it, it will be always easy.

Coo1, I reset your profile options to default values.
For example on: ucp.php?i=ucp_prefs&mode=post
You've set "Enable BBCode by default" to "No". So spoiler wasn't showing.
What's the point of changing options that you don't understand? Even I had kept default values for myself.

Here is what I do:
(1) cut/paste download part of the command
empireearth2://decode-downloader-ee2-playback-

(2) upload game file by pressing "Attachments"

(3) click on the attached file after the upload is done and copy the link address

(4) paste link address to the end of the "download command"

(6) I get error message -- screen capture is attached

Now I will try to post this message...

BTW -- I use VPN, perhaps it played a role in this?

The download succeeded in real life. It also generated an error in preview.
