How to disable the Christmas Tree in Unofficial Patch 1.5?

Since 2015, every year on Christmas period, we activate the "Christmas Expansion" on Unofficial Patch 1.5.
Christmas Expansion automatically changes favorite settings to enable Winter by default. City centers are being decorated by a good-looking Christmas Tree model:
Unfortunately, we noticed that some people dislike this expansion. Recently we've received many questions how to remove the Christmas Tree from the game. This is a little bit weird for me, because the expansion is available for only few days in year and it makes a nice Christmas atmosphere.
Since December 2021, the Christmas Expansion also activates the game sounds theme, where default game sounds are replaced by the Christmas themed ones.
There is a way to disable the Christmas Expansion:
1. Start the Unofficial Patch 1.5 Launcher and click on the "Change UP1.5 Settings" button.
2. In UP1.5 Settings find the text box field for "Insert a custom configuration command".
3. Type/paste:
DisallowChristmasExpansion=1
... and click on the "Submit" button.
4. Restart the Launcher/Game to apply changes. Christmas expansion will be automatically disabled and won't be enabled again next year.
