but if u dont like eating eat something little for luach and dinner eat some at lest have all 3 meals every day even if its little

but work out 3 time s a week or 5 times a week have the week ends for rest or work out every other day or work out 4 time a week have friday and weekends to rest

if you have a good digestion you'll never be fat just make some exercises after your meal so your body will work faster and yeah you can..idk how to say it in english 'Scheiß dich schlank' Image maybe some germans can translate it right xD

Having trained many people in both fitness and nutrition, my experience is that most people who want to lose weight simply want to look great, feel good, and be healthy. This can be achieved without specific reference to weight. You will likely lose weight, but that need not be your focus, nor is it the best indicator of your progress. Instead, think in terms of body fat.

LoL, nice topic refresh after 8 years :)

It's funny because I got higher and weight almost didn't change. I use to not eat sometimes for few days, having some serious disorder. I can't even eat 98% of products (probably mental attitude). I didn't eat eggs for like 10 years, never tasted the butter for bread (makes me wanna puke whenever I see someone eating it), no other meat than chicken. I wonder if it started before this topic or after. Probably before because I wouldn't have created it if everything was OK with me.
