Problem with dll files

Hi guys. I have problem with my Empire Earth 2. This game send me message about missing "dll" files. When I started any Empire Earth game on Mona Lissa Update i get this message: Windows don't find mss32.dll files and binkw32.dll files. How to fix this? I tryied to download this dll files from website, who It has such files on her website, but problem still exists. Please help, thanks

If yes, what was the result of those solutions?
By the way, never download .dll files from the Internet. EE2 installation must contain all required .dll files to launch game.
