Most of games in USA are avaliable for 16+ when in Europe are from 18+.
Everything because they experience more violence in theirs life.
For example 12 yo kid watching horror in Europe - is scared, doesn't want to see blood / closing eyes.
If it's kid from USA, then his behavior is like 14 yo kid - he is normal watching it.

Same with games... They had reason to make age limits.

Also sex in 80% of European countries is leggal since 16 years old. But for example in Germany you need only 14 years.

Same with porns.
Porns are avaliable for 18+ everywhere.

So... AGE limits are to broke them. Install this game, even when you can't.
