matty didn't want be Marshal of the Sejm, that why I'll select ministers.

- None Eeg player wanted to be minister. Ministery can't be open yet. Let's wait for Eeg players which want to be ministers.
That's why now are open 3/4 ministries

I decided, that Sejm will be removed, due that we don't need that much.
