Player "Piazon" has been banned from Unofficial Patch 1.6 and EE2.eu Services for insulting Dr.MonaLisa for no reason on the Multiplayer Lobby chat.$3.7 Information about ban reasons and the people who are able to ban accounts (with reference to $3.6):
a) The creator of Unofficial Patch 1.5 (Dr.MonaLisa) has full rights to ban the account if any player offend them for no reason or if they decide that the player's behavior harms the Empire Earth II community.
History:
On 1st of September 2024, player Piazon accused me of cheating in game, when I wanted to play the first EE2 game after longer inactivity. He attacked me out of nowhere, because I wasn't chatting to him nor had any discussion earlier.

Today, on 6th of September 2024, the first thing that Piazon did after logging-in to the Multiplayer Lobby was offensive message towards me:

* The word "pet" is offensive in Polish slang.
Although Piazon was the active player, it cannot excuse his insults towards a person who actually made his activity possible. Therefore there's no other possibility than using the paragraph from Unofficial Patch 1.5 Act which clearly protects the Unofficial Patch developer from toxic players like him.
I hope this ban will be an example for all other players who ever dare to verbally attack Dr.MonaLisa for no reason. I don't mind having funny discussions with friendly players and I have a very high tolerance for jokes about me (and most of the time I enjoy such messages), but I cannot accept a random person to throw insults and/or accuse me of cheating in game.
