R-R random civ idea

Yesterday, I had an idea how to make r-r with random civilizations a bit more balanced: I think there should be an option, if which you enable, everyone randoms the SAME civilization. Random civs sometimes make games really unfair, for example if you roll turkish and the game starts in epoch 1, you basicly win.

Same goes for rolling chinese in game which starts in epoch 6.

It's impossible to add such option without the source code of the game. Well, it might be possible but would require weeks if not months of assembly work like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKbF4nNWJ7U

So basically, even if the idea might be good, then there is no point of doing it, especially because host can decide and tell other players to set the same, fixed civilization in random epochs.
