God, im so sick of achilles, I get all mad b/c doggy scout glitched me in clan members vs clan members, and he tells me to stop crying and its just a game etc. but everytime he gets scout glitched he bitches and crys more than i do. Or he just quits the game

So I have to say, that he looks like player who has 1 strategy, and if fail with anything (like terytory because of scout), then he can't back on good way, and just sucking. For example you facked, and doggy can play good even when someone scout you. But there are players which just sucking/leaving after this scout.
And yeah, it's like I said "They are pissed off of scout trick, but they trying it too (without effects xD)". So they all use / trying to use it, so I don't see reason why they should cry about it. It's like with Redline I scouted him so hard in first game, then he shit talked etc. but he uses it everytime!

I havent scout glitched someone purposefully in like 5 months, unless it was just me sending scout to outside his terr to see stuff, and he lands on cc, which rarely happens

1 month has ~ 720hours, so how it's possible to have 1400 in less than month?

Now I understand why Devi posted it... I have to say, that Devi isn't very active on EE2, he's playing maybe 1h per day... Jesus I hate when people talking something, when don't know good.

And btw, how he's back? He's backing regularly every 3-6 months, he's playing for week or less, then he's active for next 3-6 months...
