Lol even without Outpost i can beat turks. A rax for roman cost 187 in medium pace, right at start u can make one, turks cant. So the first Spahi is later then first leggionary(or something). Dont forget the seconds u need to go to roman base, the 2e roman will be finished.

Red u wanna try me go turks u roman? Or other way, i dont mind.

Red, you are right, but WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MED PACE.
I tried with Miss, and I was Roman, Greece and Miss was always Turk.
At start 1-2 turks raping your eco, and you are not ABLE TO STOP IT, because normal units are too slow. Ofcourse late, if you own first attacks and get army you can win, but in epoch 1 Turk are MUCH BETTER than Roman. Good way is when you build pig palisade, but it sucks, because it cost many wood. Only one civ better than turk was Mayan, because theirs unique unit was good against horses, and Civilization power converted enemy's army.

Maybe in epochs 2-5 Turks are easy to own, but not in epoch 1, where you need univ to make outposts-attack technology. I tired also with light artillery, and against Turk in med pace it's not that good.

red, there are no spearmen in epoch 1, do you mean macemen? And deus, you have to get a university and then get the imp tech that allows your outposts to stop being shit^^.

you're underestimating your oponent. if its med after they make the first spahi its gg your eco's gone you won't even be able to make a uni.

lol dues a noob hes wrong and no turk doesnt beat roman u are not using roman right thats why also thats why u have wares so he wont get your eco
also all u have to do is put your man by your eco close up u need to think when u play also later u get a CC + uni u can get some def then u will win u will have a crown i would go for eco and rape u will get the CC and uni 100x faster then a turk player turk doesnt not own all in age 1 u just need to know how to play it
