Hi.
The "mss32.dll" not found was the minor update installer fault. For some reasons it was detecting for db_154.zip instead, to prevent update errors when updating from 1.5.4 to 1.5.4.004. Unfortunately, I didn't notice, that only one file can be detected in the installer, that's why both installation versions were checking for db_154.zip, not mss32.dll. It's fixed in the newest installers.
