Hi all im from ee1 my name is Ts Tricky on there i like to say what a nice job you done specially mona lisa. So has ee 2 got a server back for online play like we have done with neoee? i think you should get in contact with jodocus and real force mona lisa you can advance ee1 and ee2 with ideas between you. Seems like alot have problems with windows 8.1 with ee1 so we looking for a fix.

Of course I contacted with RealForce. EE2 servers were much more advanced than EE1 servers, we haven't got any source code so it's impossible to get it back. Also EE2 community isn't enough big to care about it. For now GameRanger is the best way to play online.

What about EE1 problems on Windows 8.1? I thought it all has been fixed by NeoEE patch. It may be hard to detect all problems. From what I know EE1 has got the random problems on the random computers

Well we fixed windows 8 problem but 8.1 seems too be a problem looks like pc`s are becoming to advanced for ee lets hope there aint a windows 9 any time soon

I doubt it will be fixed in Windows 9. Microsoft always continues developing on the current windows release
Could you give me some more details about the problems on Windows 8.1? Maybe some links with reports? I'd like to look at it, so maybe I'll be able to help (but I don't promise anything).

Im not very good with the support bit as i only know abit most of the time with 8.1 problems we tell them to revert back to windows 8 as we know windows 8 is np accept a few problems now and then. Real Force and Jodocus will be the best bet to speak with you 3 together will be able to find solutions i bet

I'll download EE1 in few days, and I'll test how it works on my Windows 8.1 laptop

I personally love Windows 8 / 8.1, but I can't forgive that Microsoft has so much compatibility issues with old games...
