New players

I met some new players that are keen to get on version 1.3.. I downloaded a program called Team Viewer which allowed me to remote access there comps.. Was pretty funny actually. But i didnt know what to do .. I told them that i would get someone else to help them. so anyone that has the knowledge to help these guys out please do .. There names are leonidas averty and joseph. They use gameranger. so if you see them please help them.. Ok

I helped to 2 of them actually on TeamViewer (tojo, maybe you know him).
I'd like to help them, but I don't know if I have enough time, that's why I'll try to explain what to do.

Almost all players on GameRanger have version 1.0.

First of all they have to download patch 1.2 for their language version of the game:

Then 1.3

If they install 1.3 after 1.0 then CRAP they won't start the game anymore.
That's why update from 1.0 to 1.2 is very important

lol.. yeah i told them to install patch 1.3 and they did and they still could not play... I think they missed patch 1.2. So they are screwed. The thing with gameranger is you cant see what version they have. well hopefully they can play soon.
