Not sure if I should interpret it, but seems like 1 day before, ByzantineEmpire hosted a game saying "MY LOBBY, MY RULES". Next day he tried to force Prof.N|o_o|B to change settings in Prof.N|o_o|B's room. Quite double standards here.
Might be worth to read Department of Control's statement from 24 Sep 2017:

But it depends on Department of Justice now anyway.

Well... I am happy that it wasn’t nothing serious. Still, you did good to report it on the forum!
As stated by Department of Control, insults like those don’t have to be punished. Or better, it depends on the context, which in this case is inside the limits of a sane lobby multiplayer chat.
I hope you’ll get along despite this!

I must say some of the direct messenges i saw above was after a game and today i join EE2 playing a couple of 1v1s and then saying that i lost cuz my style wasnt good and then Prof just couldnt hold it i quess
