I don't think we need further regulations about this. Players have fastly adapted to new changes and we have no complaints about anything related to this.

As both, the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Propaganda, stated, that there are no players complaining about the current solution for the Scout glitch, i don't think it's neccessary to regulate it more.

The topic will remain open if somebody wants to post their opinion about it. For now the Ministry won't process the new Law regarding this case.
