Hello,

I want to report some annoying Player, with nickname 'Alae', who often sends provocative Chat-Messages in the EE2-Lobby.
One Example is in the Attachment.
Also he uses the word 'gay' as insult, which is not appropriate, see here:

Although words like "MJ noob" are not offensive in my opinion, the behaviour shows that carface meant to offend you. The game was hosted for several hours with no free slots, so we can assume that it was created to offend you, and that it was carface's intention.
However, just to be clear, calling people "noobs" on Multiplayer games is normal, and that's nothing forbidden. Of course as long as it's the only offensive word.

Such messages are not adequate to the authority of the Ministry of Game Affairs and the EE2 Government.
While it's not forbidden to write such texts on EE2-related chats or in other subforums, please use other words and arguments in this section.

The MoGA is an unquestioned authority for our community. Since 2011 we have solved many cases and created Acts / Rules which power our Multiplayer community (for example "Team Protection Act", "Legalization of Scout Trick"). Please give us more trust. Every report is deeply verified and in most of cases we use other measures than punishments.

You can use Prt Scr button on your keyboard to make screenshots in game. They are then saved to: Documents\Empire Earth II\screenshots.

In my opinion "your mom does" is not offensive. It's about "talking". There is nothing wrong in talking to other player's moms.
If there was another word used, for example "nobody fucks with you", then it would be a different story.

I don't have this button on my keyboard, I have a macbook, if you don't find this offensive, I do find it more offensive than "gay" or "noob" so if in your opinions I deserve sanctions, he does too.

You can change game hotkeys by Settings -> Hotkeys. Then you can assign any button you like to make screenshots for you.

Please read: viewtopic.php?p=20414#p20414 I explained here that word "noob" isn't forbidden. I also didn't comment word "gay" in my previous messages. I just said that it doesn't sound good.

As I said the case will be forwarded to the other Department, since I was somehow related to it. My decisions won't matter at all. I hope it will show that MoGA institution is neutral in every case - doesn't matter who reports and who is reported.
