Hi, I am pleased to post this mobile flag with irregular shape, I have achieved following these steps, if anything is not clear to you ask me at this topic:

1. Create in gimp2 two files, one of the irregular flag and another a transparent-coloured image of the same size of the former.
2. Create a free-shape brush of the flag.
3. Paste the brush on the transparent-coloured image.
4. Save as TGA (not PNG)
