Thank you for your freedback. I really hope that it is driver's fault, then it should be fixed in the next version of NVIDIA drivers.

I would like to inform about incoming Update 1 of Unofficial Patch 1.5, the things that will be changed/fixed:
- New option: Custom map size, presentation: https://forum.ee2.eu/oldpics/o-KbEazja.jpg
- Fix for "Concertina Wire" crashes.
- New checksum replacing system by vetinte (no need to edit RAM, much faster)
- Fix for animations of destroying buildings in epoch 15
- Fix of bug: Bombers/nuclear bombers are missing the target (Flying height mod's bug)
- A way to disable Unofficial Patch 1.5's units/buildings in game before start (usefull in Multiplayer games).

Suggestions:

-Replace sound for "fire arrows" sounds like "bombs"
-Maybe ammmm the walls could be take less damage from units that siege units, would be more realistic.
-Maybe improbe "realistic mod" for the size of unis vs size of buildings
-Better sounds for rain and wind

No, the current sound is good enough.

Realistic OK, but it's a gameplay change and won't be done. I don't want to ruin gameplay, especially in multiplayer games where people learned how to play with the current settings.

Too much work, and it would make the game harder.
-Better sounds for rain and wind
Why? Aren't the current sounds good enough? Sorry, but I don't see any reason of changing something that's already OK.

I was pming the Leader about the mod thing, here I'll quote my message:
I wrote: but I do think people should have a way to upload their own mods to the game so other people (without leaving the program) could play it. I think its a cool idea, but I think it requires a server to hold that info. Maybe you could somehow have the game linked with the website to show mods and show news posted by you and your buddies (example: new update comes out and client is unaware (happened to me)). That's all the ideas I have so far so.... yeah. =)
I think the last one is useful.


I want feedback, are these good ideas or bad ideas? I'd really appreciate responses =)

As I said in the private message:
- Auto-update system already exists in UP1.5, when a new version of the patch is released it will inform players on launch time.

About the "own mods", I can create special versions of the UP1.5 launchers for every mod, so when a new version of the mod is released it will inform users about it. But for now I didn't receive any request from modders who would like to use it.
Anyway, I have an idea how to make it:
- The mod version could be stored in UnofficialVersionConfig.txt file. If a special string was set, then the launcher could check for the newest version of the mod in the configuration file (downloaded from the server).
I'll try to put all those features to Update 1 of UP1.5, so maybe in the future modders decide to use it.

Hey Guys,

first of all - GREAT JOB!.
Amazing Patch, love for example the big camera angle, the Citizen 1.5, etc. everything.

But there is a problem:
I can play only a few maps just like "Islandchain", "Core Meltdown", "Hydra Tropics", "Spain", etc. i haven't tested them all..

Everytime i choose a map and hit launch, i get following error:
FATAL PROBLEM:
-->Corrupted file has damaged program memory state.

Does someone knows a solution for this?
PS: My Rig
AMD FX-4170 Quad-Core Processor
GeForce GTX 560TI
8,00 GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium
(All drivers are up to date)

Hi Sabzero!
You're playing Empire Earth II: The Art of Supremacy (EE2X.exe), and you're trying to load maps for the normal Empire Earth II (EE2.exe).
In Empire Earth II: The Art of Supremacy, please load only maps with: "---[EE2-AOS]" and "EE2:AOS" in name. There are actually only 6 maps for EE2: The Art of Supremacy Image

I tried to "convert" EE2 maps to work with EE2X - unfortunately with no success. I'll try it again, in the future, but I think it's impossible Image
