Yes, The Unofficial Patch 1.4 is fully compatible with EE4 Mod.
If I remember good - The UP1.4 is already included in newer versions of EE4-Mod ( 9.3+ http://empireearth4.ucoz.com ), for now available only in Russian language version.

If you're installing UP1.4 on EE4-mod - I recommend to select the 5th installation version: "Patch 1.4 Only":

Then EE4-mod's camera settings won't be replaced.

Hi, the "planes height mod" has been included in Update 2.0 for Unofficial Patch 1.4. Currently the installer of Unofficial Patch 1.4 includes Patch 1.4 + Update 2.0. The Update 2.0 is mostly for Empire Earth 2: The Art of Supremacy (expansion pack). The "planes height mod" will work only with EE2: AOS.
If you have got EE2: AOS installed, be sure that Unofficial Patch 1.4 has been installed correctly. Start EE2: AOS (for example from file: EE2X.exe), and check if you can see: "Version 1.4 Update 2.0 (2013)", here: https://forum.ee2.eu/oldpics/o-cvaI3EH.jpg

In the folder where you installed EE2 (default it is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sierra\Empire Earth II), edit files with notepad:
myconfig.cfg (for EE2), myconfig_EE2X.cfg (for EE2: The Art of Supremacy).
Change:

s_skipIntro=1 // 1 on - 0 off

to:

Hey, I installed the patch on EE2 + AOS but there are no options to change the resolutionslike shown in the images, the only ones showing up are the original 4. Before using the patch I used UniWS which let me change the resolution but when I try using it now it doesnt allow me to set the resolution and patch, it also crashes a few seconds after I click "Find it for me...". Thanks in advance!
