You could create a forum "eW members" in which there is an "under-forum" for each member.

Guys, when there is new message, then you can open forum with subforums.
Just click:
"~eW`~>Members list:" or "~eWA`~>Members list:"
It will open menu with all subforums, like it was before:


List was too long, and I really tried to do something with it.


EDIT:
I changed font of "~eW`~>Members list:" and "~eWA`~>Members list:"
I hope it's more visible now.

Update 14.05.2013:
Due to inactivity of ~eW` and ~eWA` members, I removed the nicknames from the main page of the forum.
Of course the list is still available, when you click:
~eW`~>Members list.
or
~eWA`~>Members list.
