Academy's member can start tests when he want. He mustn't have collected 10 yellow stars already. Only things needed:
- Committee (Clan leader or Academy's Patron + one of ~eW` members)
- Enemy (One of ~eW` members [if long time ~eW` inactive, then can be player from ~eWA`])

I can accept only yellow stars if there wasn't committee in game, so + 2 stars

Well, I am sorry if I won't post the screenshots... but today I played a plenty of games with xoxo and he seemed to deserve 1 star for playing pretty good in every game we did.

Should I post screenshots? the problem is that I just haven't taken that ;/ but if necessary, maybe I can see it on records.
