well do 3 sets of 10 push ups and do it slow not fast you should be down 2 secs up 2 secs and repeat till you get to 10 so do 3 sets of 10 of push ups till you can do 3 sets of 20 push ups also working out will fill in fat or lose fat whateevr you have or if your skinny work out biceps ticeps for your arms do chest also but push ups will do ticeps chest and shuolder some and your biceps a litte also do sit ups do 3 sets of till you cant do any more so your first set so as many as you can and for the 2 set and 3 set for your arms use dumb bells for best for your arms and for your body push ups will build your body sit ups will build your lower body abs dumb bells build your ticeps and biceps also playing sports help also you should also run runing is the best way to lose weight and eating good and also it takes time to build muscle if you keep doing it you will be stronger in no time and have lost weight so you will build more weight of muscle not fat

But actually I have to eat something more... my BMI show: "emaciation" near "underweight"

My BMI is: 16
Cachexia: less than 45.6 kg
Emaciation, from 45.9 kg to 53.3 kg
Underweight from 53.6 kg to 59.4 kg
Normal weight: from 59.7 kg to 76.3 kg
Overweight: from 76.6 kg to 91.6 kg
And the degree of obesity, from 91.9 kg to 106.9 kg
II degree of obesity: from 107.2 kg to 122.2 kg
Clinical Obesity: over 122.5 kg

BMI:
below 15 - cachexia
15.0 - 17.4 - emaciation
17.5 - 19.4 - underweight
19.5 - 24.9 - normal weight
25.0 - 29.9 - overweight
30.0 - 34.9 - I degree obesity
35.0 - 39.9 - II degree obesity
40.0 and above - Clinical Obesity
So I have to eat little more xD

well do u not eat much eat more healty food also if u have a fast mustaltem(idk how to spell the word means u never grain weight from eating) if you do u can just work out and grain muscle weight then
