I am 6 foot 2, and 155 pounds. I eat an average amount, not a real lot, but I don't stay too active. I am going to start running. Leader, if you want to lose weight and get into shape, you should start swimming. It is one of the best things you can do.

I just won't be fat, I do everything, but it doesn't help. I lost 2KG for 3 days, and it should be 15...
I found tapeworm, and I'll eat it very soon, then it will help me Image

Um...don't eat a tapewormxD. That means you get NO nutrition, it affects your growth. Sure, you will lose weight, but the side effects aren't worth it. Swim!!! You will lose weight if you seriously swim.

Btw. Checked today. In November I was 175CM, not 165 CM. My bad... Sorry.
Now I think I am little higher.
I'm waiting on doctor's (Timos) answer... He only know how to help Image

Lol i'm not a doctor oO Colby and Mali already gave you the help you needed ^^
They're right you just need to do some sport. I've never runned, but Mali's idea about swimming is very good, i remember when i used to swim, it helps a lot to become musclularer and thiner.
I never tried Colby's idea but it looks nice too, you just should listen to them both

Okay.
I was at doctor, and she said, that I'm not fat, but I'm starting be anorexe, when I'm not eating anything, etc.
So I have new, stupid therapy everyweek :/

Also I was at hospital because of tapeworm, it wasn't dangerous yet :/
