EE2SA - Empre Earth II Security Act
EE2 Security Act allows Empire Earth II Government member's to take the following measures to secure Empire Earth II and players:

$1.1 Controlling and checking Empire Earth II player's accounts list + have insight on player's IP address. IP address will be always encrypted, and won't be showed in form: example: 127.0.0.1. (example of encrypted IP address: XFpuqlsW9X). Ministers will be able to check ID or IP only by Administrator of EE2-Patch1.3 (Dr.MonaLisa).

$1.2 Limitation player's rights by following ministeries:
* Ministry of Justice
* Foreign Office
* Ministry of EE2 history and oldschool players
* Ministry of Military and Armed Forces

$1.3 Possiblity usage following penalty by Minister of Justice:
1. Discontinuance of proceedings
2. Conditional discontinuance of proceedings
3. Acquittal
4. Verbal reprimand
5. Assign a curator from Government's Presidency Clan
6. Forbids reputation points from account on ~eW`~>FORUM (penalty depends by minister)
7. Playing ban with players. Penalty called: "gang banned", Ignoring by everyone on EE2
8. Ban from EE2 Lobby (kicking by Leader all the time, when player want's to play, join).

$1.4 Every player has rights to defense in topic about his case, which is always created in Empire Earth II - Government on ~eW`~>FoRUM: http://www.forum.ee2.eu/f34-empire-earth-ii-government
If member won't defence himself, Empire Earth II government has rights to decision without listening to second side in time no faster than 3 days since topic has been created.
If member is banned from ~eW`~>FORUM for any reason - has no rights to defense himself on the forum. He has rights to lawyer, who will represented his defense.

$1.5 Empire Earth II Government has rights to give warnings to players on Empire Earth II Lobby and kick them for bad behavior. Kicking has no connection with GBSA act and banning rules. Kicking player doesn't mean that he has been banned. Kicking is form of last warning.
If player's behavior doesn't change after several kicks - EE2 Government has rights to ban him/her accordance with the provisions of GBSA Act.

$1.6 Chat history from following rooms:
*Empire Earth II
- Europe
- North America
- Asia
- Unpatched
*Empire Earth II: Art of Supremacy
- Europe
- North America
- Asia
Is be saved since 30 of December 2011. All chat logs are saved by bot: EE2-Patch1.3 and must be showed/uploaded by Administrator of Bot (Dr.MonaLisa), if any player ask for.
Chat history may be used in litigations topics in Empire Earth II - Government on Easy Win Clan Forum.



GBSA - Government Banning System Agreement

$2.1 Allows Empire Earth II Government + ~eW`~> Clan Administration to restrict the rights of everyone Empire Earth II player by banning from EE2. Only Administrator of EE2-Patch1.3 (Dr.MonaLisa bot is able to "ban" players. There is no way to allow ~eW`~>Adminstration and Government ministers to ban someone's by himself. Every case has to be reported to Administrator of EE2-Patch1.3 bot, which will decide about eventual ban.

$2.2 Allows to ban players (in exceptional circumstances) before sentence of Minister of Justice, until announcement of the court sentence.

$2.3 Possibility types of Bans:
- Blocking account (for example for reason: insult in nickname)
- Blocking all current accounts of selected player saved on EE2-Patch1.3's players list.
- Blocking all current accounts of selected players + blocking new accounts.

Decisions about ban time manages Minister of Justice in time not longer than 7 days, after account has been blocked.

$2.4 President of Easy Win Clan has rights to temporarily ban player if his behavior endanger the safety of clan and harms opinion about clan in other player's eyes.

$2.5 All other Empire Earth II clans Leaders (if theirs clan is registred on Clan's list in EE2 Government) having rights to report behavior of player to President of Easy Win Clan, which has to instant decide about criminal player. If President of Easy Win Clan decide to ban member for his bad behavior against any clan - has obligation to create special topic with this case in Empire Earth II Government (if already doesn't exists).

$2.6 In the case of unjust accusations, unjust ban - victim has rights to bring a lawsuit against person who decided about ban. All lawsuits cases should be posted in "Empire Earth II - Government" subforum. If accused is Minister of Justice - verdict in his case announces the Minister of Military and Armed Forces.


EE2SA and GBSA Acts enter into force on the date: 01.02.2012
EE2SA and GBSA doesn't change anything to "worse". This act just shows what possible measures Government and President of Easy Win Clan can use.
Everything is just to have legal basis in eventual cases.

I'm just going to say this, ABSOLUTELY fu**ing RETARDED. The only thing that's even remotely good is chat logs and that's it. You by no means have the right to "ban someone" (Though it's not banning just a glitch) because of their attitude towards someone else. If you even think of doing this i'm going to get every single person mIRC + Scripts :/

You're not playing anymore, you shouldn't care about it. It's just Act for security, which allows to have rights like this for example to use after yesterday's case with walkabout.
This is just act, but of course it won't be abused. I just hope we will never be forced to ban/crash someone.

And if you're going to send script to all players, then it's stupid because for example I am mentally sustainable person, and I don't abuse something like this. What gonna happend if every random noob be able to crash people? Nothing good. It's not working on me anyway. You're going to ruin EE2 with ur behavior. You can do only shit against other players than me, and it won't be good.

So if you like this game, then please leave it for our government. Already for 2 years me and other players care about this game. We are 2X more active than year ago. Everything because of our hard work to keep everything fine. So let us, me continue work.

As I said EE2SA isn't dangerous. It just shows what rights we have. It's not list of things which I'm going to do (LOL), but list of possible things which we can do.

There is no need for any act for anything. It's a game people bitch and complain every day it's not real life. There's no need to crash someone's game/computer because they dislike you and they publicly mention it. Hit the ignore button on them and go on with your fun. I do like the chat history though It's just no one or group besides gamespy has the right to "ban" someone as it's their server.

1. He created account ~eWA`~>Glitchers
2. He glitcher against players in games (we have already screenshots of that)
3. he invited random noobs to ~eWA`

he should know that things like this aren't leggal, and it's just shit making to game. I'm not gonna observe how he's inviting random people to my clan. He deserved to be banned on minimum 3 days... How long it be? Ministry of Justice will decide.

Also I called it "ban" but it's not ban, and I have no rights to ban people (like you said only Game Spy has). It's just EE2 bug (be fixed with patch 1.4, becuse of fonts edition). So I'm not doing anything illegal (hacking on gamespy or something)

I'm not going to report people, if I can do excacly same thing to him. Game Spy would ban him for lifetime. I gave him 3 days to thing about his behavior and learn respect to players.
And btw. he did not shit to me, I wasn't online all day, when he was doing it. I just got a lot reports when I back.

If there be more people who doesn't agree with EE2SA, we will create poll which help us to decide. But actually only you had problem with it, so if none more... then it be acceptable.

when my IP was banned it wasn't a life time :/ but the kicking script doesn't always just crash the game it can crash people's computers(ahem, miss lol) and if someone's smart enough they would probably report you to gamespy lol

Ban IP? (change every connection)
Ban CD-hash? (random every connection)
Ban nickanme? (easy to change)
So it won't help anymore. Also game spy disabed chat control on theirs servers (that's why chat monitor) isn't there anymore. Also if someone report me for "hacking" then I have proof that I did not hack anything. I still am not able to kick, ban people from game spy servers. It's games bug... Want to fix it? Contact to developers. And end of case. And developers don't care about this game anymore.

Well, I'm talking now like I'm really going to do it :/ But no, I'm not doing it. For last month there was maybe 4 kicked people in total (not banned).

Talking about "computer crashing" is weird, because it can't destroy computer. If someone's computer crash 1-2 times, then he will learn to be nicer and don't talk to much.
Sorry I just like to have all acts, regulations on the forum. Even if I won't use it, it's good to have it posted. Then if I'll have to use it in future it be already on the forum.
