Empire Earth II - Leaderboard has been repaired!

Come on, I didn't want to talk shit things about them, but I really have to...
People from 1.0 are retarded and they in English they know only "hi" and "game". They're all the time asking BOT for a game, and they don't understand what messages he is sending. They are keep asking Bot to host game, they are keep iniviting BOT, and waiting when he join.
Of coruse like 10-15 players installed Patch 1.3, but some of them installed JUST 1.3 (without 1.2 before), and they think this patch is not working, and they can't start game. So they're yelling on the lobby: "DON'T INSTALL" or something like this in three languages: french, german, portuguese.
They probably never playing. It's always 2-3 players maximum, and they can't join to theirs games anymore. Just wasting time.
But I'm still not sure if this "error" is only because of version 1.0 I heard rating system wasn't working ANYMORE in 1.0... so idk... But maybe they just play rating games, when rating system isn't working - so it make this error for leaderboard :/

Even if they can't talk very well or aren't the brightest person that doesn't mean we should shove away potential people in the community, there could be some that would patch.

Yeah, I do agree with Deus. There's no reason to kick potential players off the dying network. If you weren't so lazy and could help 1.0 people with getting 1.2 then 1.3, then there wouldn't be this trouble.

I was doing everything, even translated text to them... They didn't understand anyway.
The main problem is probably that they can't copy text from EE2 Lobby with version 1.0
Anyway it was just idea. They haven't any community. They can't play. They just don't know there is new, better lobby. That's all

What can be problem?
I think they use option: Quit to system. Then it doesn't count rating :/
That's why please test it. I need someone who help me with it (we will create 2 new accounts, and play rated game, then we will quit to system).

I've tried with Lukwert and:
1. We started game, and at 1:00 we "Quit to desktop". It was rated game. After this game just didn't count, it didn't add any game or points for our accounts...
2. We started rated game, and while it was starting - lukwert kicked me (used this red cross near nickname, when EE2 was loading). It added just 1 played game, but not rated (even when it was rated), it counted as unrated...

One info from test:
If you play rated game, and you lost, then you can use option: "Quit to desktop", then you won't lose points, and enamy won't win any points
