Empire Earth Multiplayer cuts out

Hi Mona Lisa,
Me(Australia) and a friend in NZ have tried the last two nights to play multiplayer with each other and i keep getting this error message when game cuts out:
"Node 1(cory85) went out of sync on tick 63622 Time(2753.281738).

Hi Cory.
Did you play normal EE2 or EE2: AOS?
The Out of Sync error might occur when any player is trying to use memory hacks (like game trainer). Did any of you tried some program like this, for example to increase population limits?
Did you play EE2 with your friend before, or it's the first time?
Could you and your friend, please click on this link:
empireearth2://GenerateMD5Checksums-Rep ... nd-EndNick ?
It will ask to start the launcher, it will generate the Installation Validation report and open a new link in web browser. Please copy that link and paste to this topic (from both of you, or at least from you for a good start), so I'll see if there's everything OK.

hmm no but i did mod resources to limited and not unlimited. I also changes some AIP files.

If you modified game files, then both of you need exactly the same files in your game folder.
You can both click on the link I provided to confirm it.
It's also possible that there is a bug in the AIPs files that you have modified. I would recommend to first try to play EE2: AOS Multiplayer on unchanged version (like normal 1.5) and see if there's any difference.

I just checked your Installation Validation report. It has many modified files.
I would recommend to install EE2 in a new folder (clean EE2+AOS+1.5) and use that for few days. If the problem doesn't occur, then unfortunately it's something wrong with your modified files.
Let's observe for few days if someone else reports similar problems.

did a fresh install of EE2AOS plus 1.5 and then added the modded files. Thanks for all your help

Glad that it works. However, I'm worried that there might be more problems than this
Editing AIP files is dangerous. The AI players might stop at random times or crash the game fully if there's any mistake or bad "block". Anyway, let's hope it will be fine.
