About the tech tree and the dock in epoch 15

HI! How is everything going?
I thought about two questions recently:
1.If you play epoch 15 directly, the university garrison slots is 3 In EE2,but in EE2:AOS it is 6 (as a result of the previous epoch technology)(The same is true of temple).
Can this be fixed? If so, I support adding it in the next version! :D
2.The dock in epoch 15(1.5 model) has no foundation, as shown below.

Hi. I know about the garrison tech points "issue". I think it's just a difference between EE2 and AOS. I never wanted to modify such things, as it could affect the strategy that Multiplayer users like. On the other hand, lower tech points slots allow to enjoy epochs for longer, when a game starts for example in epoch 13. So the way it is on EE2 is better than AOS. But since it was originally set like this, it's better to keep it this way, so people who prefer the new method will just play AOS. There are not many differences between two games anyway.

I'll check if the docks foundation can be fixed. I hope I won't forget.

I feel the same actually!
But I don't know if other technologies have been inherited, such as military technology "Anti-Ballistic Missile Systems" in epoch 14, if I start playing in epoch 15.

Added after 1 hour 30 minutes 9 seconds:
Grain elevator and hospitals have no foundation,too.

I don't like those under-building textures, especially for economic structures.

Missiles targeting probability technology for Anti-Air is always explored on EE2, when game starts in epoch 15 (at least it was this way when I tested). It could only be an issue with custom civilizations created on AOS, when user skipped this technology.

I tried to fix the dock, but it's super weird.
Seems like the model itself is much taller than the others, so under-building stuff is deep under the water.
