The weather forecast have no voice,I remember it should have a ringing.And it has not show "Bad weather is coming. Click on any outpost for the forecast."
I confirm that I open "weather" and "wind".

Ah, yes. It requires an outpost to be built, and it only alerts about the "really" bad weather. I think the light rain is not included.
