CD KEYS PLEASE!

Does anyone have a couple of CD keys i could use for me and my friend to play LAN?
We found some online last week and worked fine but now trying to play LAN again, the sames keys are not working....

Install Unofficial Patch 1.5 and use the Multiplayer Lobby to play online:

* Auto-CD-KEY insertion feature;
- New Multiplayer Server/Lobby, as a replacement for the old GameSpy Server, which has been shut down in 2012:
* CD key checking is disabled (because some stores like gog.com are selling EE2 without giving the working key),

The EE2.eu Lobby only helps you to establish a stable connection between other computers. It supports Internet and Local connections. You will have the same ping with players connected to the same home router, because the EE2.eu Lobby will establish a LAN / Direct Connection automatically. After you join the host, the EE2.eu Server is not used at all (except global chat features, rating system, etc.). The ping is exactly the same on the Internet Multiplayer Lobby and LAN.

Hi,
I bought EE2 off Green man gaming. They use the Playfire client for the game so where do i install the patch 1.5?

Hi.
The patch installer should detect the game folder automatically. If it didn't, you can try the following steps:
- Find EE2 icon on desktop and click on it with the right mouse button.
- Click "Properties" on the list
- Click "Open File Location".
It should open the folder where EE2 is currently installed.
