i cant install the ee 2

the launcher says "install" but the setup says "the installation program has detected that version 1.20.000 of Empire Earth 2 is already installed.

This program installs an earlier version of Empire Earth 2 (1.02).

to install this version, you must uninstall the previous version"

I deleted all in regedit about ee2.exe and Empire Earth 2
