Problem in EE2 Chat

Always , if I go out of EE2 to my desktop and then back to EE2 , I cant write in chat anymore .
My system is Windows 7 .
Can anyone help me ?

You click "EE2" on the taskbar icon to maximize the game back. Then you can't write in the chat?
Try to maximize the game by using: ALT+TAB, and check if there is still a problem.

With ALT + TAB i dont have the problem , but why is it on the other way ?

There might be a problem with the other programs you use. Something might block the keyboard, but I'm not sure why it happens.
Please tell me what other programs you have enabled while you play EE2.

When you're on the game, and you cannot write - press: left-CTRL + left-SHIFT on youe keyboard, and try again.

As you see , my internet works , but if i wanna join ee2-multiplayer , it says that there is a connectionfault ?
