My game can't be updated to 1.2,1.3

hi:
i get the chinese-tc game from internet.And now,i download the patch1.2 and the pathch 1.3.when i install the pathch1.2,it faile.it show a message:Empire earth ii was not found in this computer.empire earth 1.2patch cannot be installed if empire earth ii is not installed.please install empire earth ii and try again.
The game which i got is not install program,it is rar compress.
What can i do,now!And i find i can't create a line-game,because the cdkey is wrong..Anybody show me a right cdkey?

Hello.
What version did you download?
Check if it hasn't patch 1.2 or 1.3 already installed.

I saw you were today in the Europe room on the Empire Earth II, so you have version 1.2 already installed! Now just download patch 1.3, while installation select folder where is "installed" Empire Earth II. Installator will replace orginal EE2.exe file with a new one.

I download the new game from internet,now,the game already update to 1.3.And somebody give me the right key also.so,i can join the line-games now.
I am chinese.But my version is english.Somebody have the language patch to change my version?Thanks a lot.

If you have already installed English version, then there is no way to change the language.
You can search for another chinese version, download it and then try to install.
