Deinstalling EE2 with version 1.3

I have to deinstall ee2 for some time but i cant.i think its because of the patch and if i try it this error pops up :

it means that the patch version isnt compatible with the installed ee2 version or something like that
what do i have to do to for it to make it work?

As first - try to change one Registry Key.
Click: Start / Run
in this small windows write: regedit
Go to key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sierra\Empire Earth II
or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sierra\Empire Earth II (if 32bit system)
Change key: Version from: 1.30.00.0000 to 1.20.00.0000

If it's still not working, then download crack to EE2 version 1.2:

Search for:
Empire Earth 2 v1.2 [MULTI] No-CD/Fixed EXE

Download archive, unpack EE2.exe file, go to folder where EE2 is installed, replace old EE2.exe with crack EE2.exe and try to uinstall game.
