You need 2 files:
Part 1 (you downloaded),
and Part 2: filesonic.com NO_EE2X1.part2.rar

When you download part 2, be sure it's in same folder as Part 1, then start installation.

They're all white files how am I supposed to install?

If you downloaded 2 parts - extract files to new folder (use WinRar or 7zip). Then search for setup.exe or other file to start installation.
Remember to change default CD-KEY on your own, then you be able to play Multiplayer

There was no .exe in both winrar files.

Really weird, there should be file: setup.exe
Also files in folder are ~1GB it should be ~1.4GB
Are you sure you had downloaded 2 parts?
If u download 2 parts then open first, and all files should be in it. Part 1 should automatic connect with part 2.

There isn't a .exe in either .rar's

First part is

setup 2-16

Part 2 is

setup.5 <--
setup.6

But don't open part 2.
You have to put part 1 and part 2 to same folder. Then open only part 1, and you should see all files from part 1 and part 2 in 1 window.

If there still won't be this file, then try to open this: setup.2 with WinRar
