NAT Problem ?

I want to play online but once i join a ee2 game , I get ERROR "NAT Negotiation" Failed ? Do i need to change the cd key or download something prot forward something and what ports do i need to open etc...
Could someone help ?

Do you have router in home? Internet by WiFi?

Check your AntiVirus or Windows Firewall if Firewall isn't blocking connections. The best way be disabling Windows Firewall and other firewalls.

i've had NAT fails in 2007, now i have negotiations which often work
