I got it to work through downloading EE4 through the russian site and just waiting an extra hour for it to work.
(note to self, have to figure a way on EE4 for the cpu to be more helpful)

Well I have been playing EE2X for some time (irony, 2 days) and i rule... no stink at starting strategies, although I think way out (aspergers) i am not sure how to start games off... any suggestions?
