You should have pasted a link to the generated report. Is this happening on the Art of Supremacy (expansion pack)? You've most likely installed the expansion pack after installing Unofficial Patch 1.5, so some of files modified by Unofficial Patch 1.5 have been overwritten by the expansion pack installer.
