What do you think about the Blizzard weather effects in EE2?

Do you guys like the current weather effects during the Blizzard (snow storm) in EE2? Example: Empire Earth II 2019.09.15 - 05.35.53.02.mp4_20190915_102206.087.jpg I personally find them very annoying. I know, the weather is supposed to affect your vision, but it's one of the reasons why everyone di...

Re: Tundra climate

Not now, but when making new textures. You know, in graphic edition programs there are "layers" where you can put a new color on existing one. Then when you save the file (non .tga), it can be easily modified and colors changed. After that it can be exported to .tga as "final". So I think it would b...

Re: Tundra climate

Not bad, but could be some more color tweaks (darker green). Can you edit changes in some file that can be edited later (no .tga) but something with layers like Photoshop file? That would allow us to select best colors.

This tool is for experiented user, so its enough, if there createt for the map his own size. Are only 2 values to edit.
You're right. No sense to make more entries, if an user has to edit .tga anyway.

Re: Tundra climate

Loew, about those Arctic trees. Didn't they have the same or similar looking trees for the Temperate climate in EE3?

EDIT:
I checked, it doesn't.

So there is no solution to ever get better textures for Tundra trees Summer?

Re: Picture for Map Creating Tool

Nice work, but this Tool currently has logical problem. It's never good to overwrite db_155.zip or EE2X_db_155.zip. Those are the core UP1.5 files that get overwritten after every minor update. What's worse, if someone downloads this tool damages his EE2 installation by using partially outdated file...

Most important changes: - Tundra climate improvements: * Fixed a bug where forests could be generated on mountains in the Tundra climate. * Changed the Rabbit (animal) model to the high-quality one with working animations. Thanks to Gonzalo for providing files...
