I think we can make some update where all 1.5 buildings could be improved. But that all must be done in 1 update, to not ruin playbacks/game saves compatibility totally. it does, I believe, using the
code, or at least I was told so, when I complained about the Realistic Mod territory size on EE heaven. And I saw differences back then.

oh, how unfortunate I guess you can't also mod what they do I guess. So, only by changing the config files we are able to change territory sizes then
